Search Terms
When a visitor enters a name, location, or similar search term into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Edwards County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply information may be kept long enough to respond and handle the request. Those messages are not shared outside the organization except when disclosure is legally required.
